Fire Risk Assessment
Since 1st October 2006 The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 has required that any premises with communal areas or commercial premises must carry out a fire risk assessment, in order to reduce or eliminate the risk of fire. A fire risk assessment begins with a comprehensive survey of your property and the resulting report will be with you within 48 hours. Our ongoing support for the 12 months after the FRA is unmatched
Fire Strategy
Fire safety and protection standardisation has become a complex issue with a large number of British, European and International Standards covering various specific areas. Prior to undertaking new build projects, making alterations to a building or its use, preparing fire system designs, or specifying fire prevention and management practices, a Fire Strategy will identify and set out all the necessary fire safety systems and protective measures.
Building Regulations
The Building Regulations 2010 cover the construction, extension and alteration of buildings and you must check if you need approval before any works are carried out. We will help you to develop a plan for approval by the Building Control Body.
Fire Protection Consultant

Over the years, Gary has worked in many sectors of the fire safety industry, starting as a Firefighter with Devon Fire & Rescue Service, a senior Fire Safety Officer with Somerset Fire Brigade and more recently as an Assistant Chief Fire Officer with East Sussex Fire & Rescue Service. Furthermore, he has had the opportunity to have worked with Her Majesty’s Government, and as an independent member of the Building Regulations Advisory Committee (BRAC).
